A camera, not a tablet
Most booths at this price are an iPad behind a ring light. Ours is a Canon DSLR firing a studio strobe through a shoot-through umbrella. That is the entire reason our prints look like photographs and theirs look like selfies.
Event Rentals — New Orleans
A real camera, studio lighting, and a dye-sublimation printer. Set up at your event across Greater New Orleans — and printing in about twelve seconds.
The night, start to finish
A photo booth is a piece of logistics pretending to be a party favour. Here is exactly how ours runs, so nothing about the night is a surprise.
Ninety minutes before your first guest. The booth is built, the lighting is metered, a test strip is printed and checked, and our cases are out of sight before anyone walks in.
No app, no QR code, no waiting on someone to figure out the screen. Tap, pose, done. An attendant stays with the booth the entire time — resetting props, keeping the line moving, and handing prints to the right people.
Lustre finish, thermally sealed the moment it leaves the printer. It is waterproof and fingerprint-proof, which matters more than it sounds at hour four of a reception.
Every frame, colour-corrected and full resolution, in a private online gallery within 48 hours. Yours to download, print and post — no watermarks, no upsell.

Our attendants work in English and Spanish. For a quinceañera or a family reception where the abuelos are the best guests in the room, that is the difference between a booth people use and a booth people walk past.
You should not have to surrender your phone number to learn what something costs. Every package, every add-on and every travel fee is published below.
General liability coverage, a certificate of insurance for your venue on request, and a written agreement for every booking. Most venues require the first two. We have them ready.
The equipment
One rig, built for one job: making a photograph good enough that someone puts it on a refrigerator. Here is every part of it, with nothing hidden.
An overhead arm orbits the platform in slow motion while the music drops. Arriving later this year — join the list and we will hold you a date first.

Add-ons
The work
We are new, and we would rather show you nothing than show you someone else's photographs. This fills in as we shoot.
Where we work
Cocktail hour through the last song. Duplicate prints so both families take one home.
Attendants who speak Spanish, a booth the whole family will actually use, and a print in every hand.
Your logo on the template, a branded gallery, and an invoice your finance team will accept.
From a backyard in River Ridge to a ballroom on Veterans. Same rig either way.
School colours on the strip, and a line that moves fast enough for two hundred people.
Fundraisers, galas and parish events. Ask about weekday and non-profit rates.
Based in Metairie. Thirty miles of travel is included with every package, which covers all of Jefferson and Orleans Parish. We go further — the Northshore, the River Parishes, Baton Rouge — for a quoted travel fee.
Before you ask
Eight feet by eight feet with the backdrop up, and about six by six without. We need roughly nine feet of clearance to the ceiling for the lighting stand. If your venue is tight, send us the floor plan and we will tell you honestly whether it fits before you book.
One standard 110-volt outlet within about twenty-five feet of the booth. We bring our own extension and gaffer tape and we tape down every cable we run. If the only outlet is further, tell us in advance and we will plan for it.
Yes, with two conditions: level ground and cover overhead. The printer and the camera cannot be rained on, and a dye-sublimation printer struggles in direct heat and heavy humidity. A tent, a porch or a pavilion is fine. An open lawn in August is not.
Thirty miles from Metairie is included in every package — that covers all of Jefferson and Orleans Parish and most of the surrounding area. Beyond that we bill $1.50 per mile round trip, quoted in writing before you sign anything.
A signed agreement and a 30% retainer. The date is not held until both arrive — we do not reserve on a verbal, and we will tell you if someone else is asking about the same night. The balance is due fourteen days before the event.
Within 48 hours, in a private online gallery at full resolution. Download them, print them, post them. No watermarks and no charge to unlock anything.
On the Signature and Grand packages the first idle hour is free — we cover the booth and pause the clock so your rental hours land during the part of the night people actually use it. Additional idle time is $60 an hour.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and we will send a certificate of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured, usually the same day you ask. Most venues in this city require it, so ask us early rather than the week of.
Sí. Our attendants work in both languages, and the booth screen, the prints and the agreement can all be in Spanish. Just tell us when you book.
We bring backups of everything that can fail — a second camera body, spare media, spare cables, a spare trigger. If the printer goes down mid-event and we cannot restore it, you are refunded the print portion of your package and the digital side keeps running.
Availability
Tell us the date and the venue. We will come back within a day with a straight yes or no on availability and a written quote — no sales sequence, no drip emails.
